Vegetarian Diet

Increasing numbers of people have chosen to eat as Vegetarians or even become Vegans.  To do so without understanding the precise way in which trace minerals are created and supplied to us in our food, increases the risk of living deficient of these building block nutrients, and hence losing much of what can be gained.

"The answer lies in the soil" - can you hear the old English farmer accent? But indeed it is true. In a healthy organic humus rich soil, billions of tiny organisms, chew up particles of rock (see the In-Sync Logo?) releasing the minerals in the rock as plant / water soluble colloidal minerals.  The plants then absorb these trace minerals through their roots and we eat /absorb them in that manner.

In short, people on a vegetarian diet must buy or grow organic salad / fruit / vegetables in order to keep up with those who get a significant proportion of their trace minerals from dairy and meat products.  Children should NOT be on a vegetarian diet as their brains / body are still developing.  Alternatively they could take In-Sync Minerals on the basis of one capsule per 20 kg (50lb) of weight.
