Get healthy, stay healthy
The following recommendations are are what our customers have found to be most beneficial.
Adults: Build slowly to three or more capsules per day. Increase this in the following situations if you are:
Children: one capsule, three times per week or half to one capsules per day. Calculations can be based on 20kg (50 lbs) of weight per capsule per day. Capsules can be cut open and contents (very tasteless) mixed with favorite food or drink.
Timing: the most effective time to take In-Sync mineral capsules is at night, just before going to sleep. This is when the body's metabolism is entering its repair phase and a greater healing effect is achieved. In addition, you may initially sleep more restfully. If you find your sleep is more broken, then we recommend taking In-Sync earlier in the day after eating breakfast or lunch. In-Sync is so powerful that we do not recommend taking it on an empty stomach.
Health issues: we recommend you start slowly, building up over a week or more, until you are taking up to seven capsules per day (two after breakfast, two after lunch and three just before bed). There are no recorded or known problems at this level for up to a year.
When you first start taking In-Sync Minerals supplements
When you decide to start taking our supplements, you are embarking on a journey.
You will be giving your body and brain many essential minerals that in most cases have been deficient or totally missing for some years.
Your body will start growing younger, healthier and more alert. It will rebuild and detox. You may experience brief periods where you feel symptoms flare up. This is your body dealing with problems. Keep going. In a few days you will feel even better.
If you need some proof of our recommendation, we suggest that you view one or all of "Super Size Me" or "Food Matters" or "Food Inc" documentary DVDs. At least get your kids to view them as it will do them an immense favour.
