How To

The following are not Instructions or directions as required for registered medicines. They are what customers have found to be most beneficial and it is what we would do if it were us:

As people age, their ability to absorb nutrients is severely reduced.  This effect is doubled if you are over-weight.   In this case, we strongly recommend you review your food choices and wait on say 2 caps per day until you feel the benefits start to 'kick in'!  You will need to be patient.

Adults; Build slowly to 3 capsules per day.   Increase this in the following situations: 

bullet over 50 years of age
bullet over weight
bullet faster healing is required
bullet involved in demanding mental or physical work or play. 

Children; One (1) capsule three times per week or half to One (1) capsules per day. Calculations can be based on 20kg (50 lbs) of live weight per capsule per day. Capsules can be cut open and contents (very tasteless) mixed with favourite food or drink.  

The most effective time to take In-Sync is at night, just before going to sleep. This is when the body's metabolism is entering its repair phase and a greater healing effect is achieved. In addition, you may initially sleep more restfully. If you find that your sleep is more broken, then we recommend taking In-Sync earlier in the day, like after eating breakfast or lunch.  (In-Sync is so powerful we do not recommend taking on an empty stomach)

 

Health Issues; In the case of a health issues we recommend that you start slowly, building up over a week or more, until you are taking up to 7 capsules per day (2 after breakfast and 2 after lunch with 3 just before bed). There are no recorded or known problems at this level for up to a year. 

When You First Start Taking In-Sync

If you decide to start taking In-Sync Minerals, you might consider yourself embarking on a journey.

You will be giving your body and brain, many essential materials that in most cases have been deficient of or totally missing for some years. 

Your body will start growing younger, healthier and more alert. It will rebuild and detox. You may experience brief periods where you feel symptoms flare up.  This is your body dealing to problems.  Keep going.  In a few days you will feel even better..

Some people experience initial periods of increased tiredness or loose bowel.  This indicates that the body has significant health issues and it is now dealing to these issues.   yeah.. better to find out before your medical advisor...

Your body is trying to catch up on many years of “doing without”! Get as much sleep as possible during these stages. Sleep is the time for healing and rebuilding.
