I am a high intensity sports person. How can I expect In-Sync to assist?
With extra energy! In the beginning do not over do it until the strength of your muscles and ligaments match the power you feel. After a couple of months feel free to pour on the gas. You will notice increase muscle bulk and your performance will become a pleasant suprise. You should notice better hand eye coordination and less injuries. Should you get injured, healing will be quicker and more complete. Body shape and firmness will improve.
How Many Capsules should I start with?
This depends on age and how well you are when you start. If you suspect that you might have some health issues that you would like to get rid off first, then we recommend that you start with say one (1) capsule at each meal, ie. breakfast and lunch and take additional two (2) when heading off to bed. The body goes into rest and repair phase during the night and so having plenty of minerals running around you blood stream while you sleep, will help healing. You have to permission yourself to get better, so before falling asleep, imagine all the healing that is going on inside you. If you have strange reations, it is likely to be because you have a health challenge that is being addressed.
If on the other hand, you are pretty healthy, then we suggest that you start with two capsules at breakfast time. Do this for a few days and then take another two at lunch time. This should make your day bubble along with a lot more smiles on your face. After a while, when you think everything is great, reduce to three (3) capsules per day, taken when ever.
Are there any circumstances where In-Sync Minerals supplement has not performed?
If you consume trans-fat or hydronated oils too frequently, like more than once a week, you may not feel the benefits of In-Sync as these hydronated oils (trans-fats) coat your cells, restricting the absorbtion of all nutrients.
If your body has two things to achieve: repair damage and remove toxins; you can put money on the fact it will do the latter first, as there is no point in fixing something if you don't get rid of the cause. You may need to increase your fibre intake during this period. Add yogurt to your regular diet to repopulate your bowel with protective bacteria, increase your fibre and water and do at least some walking each day.
Can I super boost with In-Sync to fix an injury?
We and others have tried it, with quite remarkable success. We find that taking about 6-8 caps as you go to bed after the injury works well. Repeat this for another night or two. Two or three caps during the day would not go astray as well.
How are minerals important?

Are there antagonisms between minerals that affect nutrition responses?
Looking at the mineral wheel, wherever a mineral has an arrow pointing to another mineral, interference exists. This is caused by an imbalance of one mineral in relation to the other. The antagonism can cause problems with mineral utilisation, hence the importance of taking a supplement that includes them all and does so at nature's own ratios.
The key here is mineral balance. Not only are the levels of individual minerals important, but the ratio of one mineral to another can affect final utilisation.
Are there any side effects with taking In-Sync?
Some minor one due to the years of poor living choices have got you to where you are today, so be patient and persistent. "Rome was not wrecked in a day, nor can it be rebuilt in a day"!
Take with a good glass of water. You can accurately measure your body's water level by taking notice of your waste. If you are not drinking enough water, your stool will be hard and small and difficult to pass and your urine will be dark rather than clear plus your lips will be dry. Your body might start to detox after a few days. The intensity of this process will vary according to your age and level of health. Remember that for the first time your body will have materials that it needs to get rid of, toxins that it had to put up with till now. Do not be alarmed if your stool is dark. This means toxins are being expelled.
Sometimes the body can get so involved in the cleansing process that it is vulnerable to 'flu or colds. This usually starts after a week and normally lasts only a few days. If this happens, increase your intake by taking two caps after breakfast, lunch and tea in order to provide more minerals support. This is more common with people who smoke.
After a few days you may find yourself wanting more sleep. This is your body busy detoxing and rebuilding. We recommend that you go to bed earlier for a few days. After that you will feel re-energised and more 'on top'.
What do I do if I feel a bit off colour while taking In-Sync Minerals?
For what it is worth, this is what I think happens and why the road can be a bit bumpy. We should remember that we have built up a number of issues or incompletions over many years and it takes a while for our bodies to become repaired to a stage where the road is smoother. Indeed, over this period, if used often enough, the brain can gain considerably in its power and ability and if this happens, it could conceivably and I believe does, channel off a greater share of the minerals that are available.
As we grow healthier again, it is not for us to decide what needs to be removed (detoxed) or what needs to be repaired or indeed rebuilt. It is our own body or immune system that makes those decisions, based on experience. This is likely to be spasmodic and often surprising, as nerves and other biological processes gain integrity. It would be timely to remind ourselves that many diseases have considerable ability to hide from the body’s natural defence. As we gain health, the body will peel back the covers to expose the disease and the bodies reaction can be quite unexpected and sometimes dramatic.
When all the above is taken into account and one learns to trust what is going on, the process becomes more acceptable.
Why are there no vitamins in In-Sync?
There are some naturally occurring vitamins and amino acids in the kelp powder but this is not an emphasis. Normally vitamins, amino acids, fatty acids and enzymes are processed and produced in the body from food, in the presence of and from minerals. If some minerals are deficient, this process is at best restricted and often totally shuts down. So it is minerals first. They are the foundation of our bodies and our health. W recommend that you eat significant proportions of your food uncooked as this will increase your energy levels and your speed of recovery.
My doctor tells me he cannot fix my illness. How can minerals help if I am that sick?
It is your body that cures illness. Medicines and drugs are designed to make you comfortable while this occurs and
in some cases actually kill off the bacteria/virus/fungi or cancer. The danger is that you may further damage your immune health by taking them and it was a weakened immune system that let you down in the first place.
Remember that the power of your immune system is such that if you make it aware of even the most dangerous disease (eg through a vaccine) it will kill that disease if it comes in contact with it.
Using DNA identifiers, researchers such as Dr Derek Hart have successfully educated a brain tumour patient's white cells. When these 'aware' dentritic white cells were injected back into the patient, they completely removed an inoperable tumour in just a few weeks. So it is possible to re-energise your immune system and reactivate your body's electrical communications enough to get your body in healing mode. The power of your mind is without bounds. Unfortunately it works both ways. By re-mineralising, a new level of confidence, determination and clarity will prevail. It's your body so it's your call what to do.
Has anyone ever said that they don't feel any difference?
Some (see above), generally people with a weight problem. We think it is because their cells have a compromised ability to absorb nutrients generally. Read more here.
Is it OK to keep taking In-Sync Minerals on a long term basis?
Yes. This is what they are designed for. You will continue to find more and more benefits as the months go by. It's hard to imagine why you would want to stop good things happening.
Can I give In-Sync Minerals to my pet?
Some people find this a good way to test the truth of our claims. Cut and sprinkle the contents of a capsule onto his/her favourite food. Cats: one capsule per week. Dogs: two capsules per week, depending on size.
Minerals can be toxic so what about In-Sync?
There are no cases that we are aware of where organic colloidal minerals, when taken all together, have caused any problems related to toxicity. Human biology has had millions of years to evolve a system of taking what it needs and rejecting what it doesn't. This is particularly so of organic minerals. In-Sync is a mineral mix that includes all minerals. Toxicity generally exists where one or a few non-organic minerals are taken without the supportive role of others. The Recommended Daily Allowances (RDAs) of minerals, where they exist, generally understate our needs due to the huge deficit in our food. It is easy to find geographic areas where people's dietary intake of naturally occurring minerals far exceeds the RDA recommendations.
