There appears to be a higher incidence of cancer, both when we humans are younger and then again later in life. If this is correct, it will have less to do with genetic fault and more to do with a weakness in our immune systems. So why does our immune system become weaker again later in life?
Recent research (Minerals for the Genetic Code by Charles Walters) points to the fact that cells can degrade over time, due to normal cellular renewal (20m cells a day die off and require replacement with new replicas of the original). If this process of renewal functions in a environment depleted of micronutrients, the biological process struggles to make new and accurate replicas of the original chromosome. I quote:
Amongst other stresses, but especially an absence of, or a marked imbalance of critical minerals can injure the chromosome by altering the chemistry of a gene so that it conveys misinformation (called point mutation) or by breaking the chromosome (called deletion). A cell may be killed or it may reproduce the induced error. If the required trace mineral is not available, it will attempt to accept next best; wasting considerable energy to a achieve an inferior outcome.
In the case of childhood cancer, the body may be short of these vital components because the diet is often quite bland or deficient. Hence the value of mothers milk, especially if the mother is eating well.
In the case of the older person suffering from cancer, it may well be a component of higher and longer toxin exposure, less efficient absorption by the cells themselves and possible poor food choice (often becomes bland and unadventurous).
Worth thinking about as it is relatively simple preventative approach. And it is sustainable cost wise. Certainly appears to work.
I've recently started taking these minerals and no doubt of all the health/balance restoring methods I have tried these have had a quick and noticeable positive effect on my body -thank you Terry.
I am trying to get of my thyroxine which I have been taking for 20 yrs as I am still looking for that missing link of energy umph and mental clarity which after 2 weeks I noticed a difference.
I could do with some advice from people who may be further down the line from me.
1. I have been taking these minerals a long with my thyroxine a b's started to reduce the thyroxine gradually and increase the minerals.-is this the best way? The only negative effect of this is that I can't sleep. Should I take the minerals and the thyroxine together??
2. Reports on the Internet are very scary about what can happen to you if you do stop taking thyroxine - it makes me nervous as I don't even think there is any point sharing this with my go so I have no mentor to guide me.
Is there anyone out there who can guide me????
I have had a number of customers who have been taking prescription remedies for either too little or too much iodine in their diets. Without exception, all have switched over to In-Sync and stopped taking pharmaceutical, with great success.
How fast should you change. If it was me I would stop instantly, but then every one is different, and I certainly cannot recommend how quickly you should change. Thyroxine is not a life support drug. It is designed to make up for a lack of natural organic iodine in our diets. My suggestion is that you drop the Thyroxine over a week.
Certainly you can take minerals while taking pharmaceuticals. Minerals are the pointy end of the food pyramid, the bits that really make a difference, the bits that allow the body to absorb and even make some vitamins, the bits that allow your body to produce a full range of enzymes, hormones et al.
I am very happy to assist you with the changes / improvements that you have started to notice. I have had over twenty years taking and helping others break free from disease and doctors. Happy days.
Hi Terry - your offer of support coming off thyroxine is welcomed.
Good to hear people who have transferred over to in sync minerals.
The research I have done has surprised me as it is very bleak and negative suggesting it's not possible and at worst that it could cause coma!!!
I have started to reduce I've gone from 75 much to 25 much so far.
I have felt really tired and grumpy.
Feeling cold especially feet and hands.
Loosing a bit of hair and a bit more shaky than usual.
I surprised myself as to how nervous I feel about this even though I hate the medical model and taking prescribed drugs.
I also have pernicious anaemia so am aware that my stomach is one of the main culprits in my design faults.
There is very little clear information on people who have successfully come off thyroxine and how they have done it.
I would like to go cold turkey but I'm very nervous as to how my body will react ?
I am totally committed to your minerals and wholesome diet.
I've got a glimmer of a new me trying to get out.
judging by the discomfort that you are feeling, I would suggest that you slow the reduction of Thyroxine. It doesnt matter that you take a bit longer to come off them. You will find that the In-Sync Minerals is / will allow natural healing to take place, but we cannot say which aspect of your wellness needs improving first. You body will decide what is the most life threatening and it will deal with that first. How many caps a day are you taking and when are you taking them (time of day?)
Hi Terry one more question- there is so much information out there about diet -do the minerals help to stomach absorption and therefore make it easier to enjoy a good diet but with some pleasures?
Do you follow a strict diet?
Yes, absolutely. You must trust your body. It will fight like an alley cat to keep you healthy, but only if it has the full range of nutrients, will it be able to do a top job.
Not a diet. What my wife and I eat is WHOLE FOOD as much as possible - ie. No barcodes, no processed food. Avoid crap oils, GMO. Drink plenty of grog of all sorts :)
Lifes journey is not to arrive early in a well preserved body, but to arrive LATE, with a woop and a holla "That was one hell of a journey"
Thanks Terry -I love your philosophy 😀
This has been such a long journey of exploration 50 yrs and here I am and it's so simple 😊Only wish I had known this a long time ago! But this is the final piece in the jigsaw of understanding mental and physical health I had to do all that exploration to make sense of it.
I just wish I can start to pursuading
some the psychiatrists I work with to prescribe minerals instead of poisonous toxic drugs that make patients a whole lot worse.
Are any of the medical profession prescribing or recommending your minerals?
I'll be joining you hooping and a hollaring🤗
Unfortuanately, there is limited chance of a natural remidy being considered by the establishment. This is largely due to the influence of Pharma reps being allowed to lecture year one med students and the fact that brainwashed lecturers are the ones marking the exam papers.
Still we live in hope that things might change.. As I said in my book, we really need coctors on salaries with bonuses for the least number of scripts written.
Drug companies are very powerful - I know my patients are not impressed by the care they get but are frightened to try alternatives.
Any how the doctors can't stop me spreading the word.
You are so understated but I feel the people are wanting something different and it may take some more years but I live in hope.
Thank you for your little magic tablets xx
I'm taking 25mcg thyroxine before breakfast and 2 in sync after breakfast X11 after lunch X11 after tea and X11 at bedtime.
Hi Terry my previous message was not correct due to not keeping an eye on my predictive text!
I am currently taking 4 in sync mineral capsules spaced over the day.
By the way things are settling down as I reduce my thyroxine starting to feel better I'm planning on halving it again in a week or so.
Thank goodness for that. Started to get a bit worried. Ha ha
Hi Terry - improving daily - today especially feel a marked improvement.
Have been taking minerals for 2 months now and I feel alive connected and energized.
I have managed to reduce my thyroxine down to 6mcg from 75.
I have lost my fear about coming off the thyroxine.
Not sure if your blog is still receiving my messages?
Am spreading the word about your minerals here on the Isle of Man.
It appears that my web site has stopped sending me an email when someone blogs. Sorry about that. I will look into why.
As it turns out I have yet to find a customer that has actually stated it was thyroxine that they were taking. I could find out by sending out a request for information but not sure that I would get a response. I suppose you could increase the thyroxine for a few days /weeks and see if any positive benefits occur.
Trust and persist is the best approach. It might take a bit of time. Your newly empowered immune system will start fixing various biological processes and these may include things that you were totally unaware of, but which you immune system believes them to be the most important. With that in mind, you might consider increasing the frequency and number of capsules (In-Sync) that you take as well as other lifestyle improvements, such as raw foods, walking, laughter et al.
